Complete our online application at https://home2.eease.adp.com/recruit2/?id=[removed phone] RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION: Employee will perform on-site TearScience® System customer sales process and workflow analysis to dramatically improve TearScience?s LipiView® and LipiFlow® product utilization. Individual will implement TearScience?s developed ?Best Utilization Processes and Methods? and then fully implement them at each customer site by training, monitoring and providing ongoing feedback to site physicians, management, staff and TearScience® Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to maximize use of Company?s LipiView® and LipiFlow® products. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: o Implement TearScience?s ?Best Utilization Processes and Methods? to enhance and dramatically improve usage of TearScience?s products through workflow optimization.o Conduct on-site training of physician and staff members during the operational and application phase of Company products and procedures. o Identify the best methods and materials needed to educate physicians and customers on best practices for practice selling methods and utilization processes. o Provide, implement and train staff on patient education and patient conversion. o Track utilization metrics at each customer site to maximize procedure volume. o Provide weekly practice development feedback by entering data into Company CRM.o Report to Director of Account Management, North America and work closely with the Director of Professional Training, Regional Sales Manager and the Senior Manager of Practice Advocate Marketing.o Travel (? 65%) expected domestically with occasional international travel required.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE: o Strong sales and marketing background with the ability to interact with a broad range of personality types and build relationships quickly.o Excellent communicator with the ability to provide sound direction, exercise good judgment and work well in multi-functional teams in a clinical practice setting.o Must be a team player with a proven track record of achieving individual goals within a defined area.o Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.o Exercises discretion in order to protect sensitive customer information.o Hands-on interaction with physicians in the treatment of medical conditions and in the use of devices. o New medical device product launch experience.o Small company experience.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA preferred. Minimum of two years practice development experience in medical device industry. Proven track record of introducing new procedures and/or techniques in the clinical practice. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with physicians and staff with knowledge of the inner workings of an ophthalmic practice.
